FOR PARENTS/CAREGIVERS
Sammy's Friends Foundation supports MNRI®, Hippo Therapy at Special Strides, and CME at Novogrow.
Before applying, follow the links below to make sure the therapy your child receives is reimbursable by Sammy's Friends.
Have the therapist provide a paid invoice that includes the therapist's name, business name, address, phone, NPI, and dates of service.
Without a paid invoice, Sammy's Friends cannot issue funding.
Fill out the coupon linked on this page. Make sure to upload your paid invoices before submitting the therapy coupon!
Please allow two to three weeks to hear back from us.
SFF funds are paid to the family, not the therapist.
In order to help therapists select the most appropriate families to receive our Therapy Rebate Coupon, we have listed the following criteria:

The child has a chronic condition with associated longterm disabilities, requiring ongoing therapy. Priorities should be given to those with Infantile Spasm &/or childhood epilepsy.
And one of the following:

The family will use the rebate money for an additional session that is therapeutically important for the child.

The family is paying out-of-network therapy costs in order to see you.

The family is traveling a long distance, particularly out of state, or from a different country, in order to see you.
